These Terms define the rules of using nullmachine.systems and ordering services provided by nullmachine.

By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

nullmachine provides: web scraping, process automation, AI agent development and application building (no-slop apps).

Each project is executed based on the brief and an individual quote.

Detailed terms are defined in the contract or by accepting an offer via email.

Orders are accepted via the contact form or email: hello@nullmachine.systems.

We reply to briefs with a plan and costs within 12 business hours.

A quote is not binding until a contract is signed or an offer is accepted.

The client must provide accurate data and ensure processing complies with applicable law.

nullmachine delivers services per the agreed scope and deadlines. Response SLA is 12 business hours.

nullmachine is not liable for content scraped from public sources if used unlawfully.

All materials, graphics, texts and software created for the client pass to the client upon full payment.

nullmachine brand elements and the website may only be used with nullmachine consent.

These Terms may change. The current version is always available on this page.

Polish law applies to matters not regulated herein.
